All parties must be booked online by following the instructions on our website. Even if you have toured our space or spoken with our front desk staff, please ensure you complete the online booking process.
Standard parties are 2-hour long. If you want to book a 3-hour party, please make sure to select a 3-hour time slot during booking. Last minute request to extend the party depends on availability.
Once a deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. You will receive an email with a link to the Party Add-ons Form. Please complete this form at least one week before your event.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the party begins. The host family will also have 15 minutes after the party window to pack up. Upon check-in at the front desk, grab a cart to assist with unloading and setting up. During the party, all party guests will enjoy a 2-hour Open Play pass to explore and have fun.
Suggested schedule for a 2-hour party:
15 minutes: Food/personal item setup. Open play time for guests
45 minutes: Open Play/ STEM Activities
45 minutes: Food and Cake in the party room
15 minutes: Open Play for guest/ Gather belongs from the party room

Supervision
We ask that parents and grown-ups supervise children at all times. Thank you for helping everyone stay safe and have fun!Party Host Support
Your party host can help set up food in the party room, manage the party timeline, restock plates and cups as needed, make announcements to gather guests, and clean the party room after guests leave. Party hosts cannot cut cake/serve food and cannot watch or supervise children.Decorations
Kids Magic Lab’s classic decorations and tablecloths are included. Customized, theme-specific decorations are available for purchase.If you bring outside decorations, please do not use your own tape/adhesives on the walls—wall damage will be charged $200 or more. If you would like our party host to set up or take down outside decorations, a $50 decoration service fee will apply.
Toys & Equipment
Normal wear and tear is expected; however, if toys or equipment are broken or heavily damaged beyond regular play, the hosting family will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Food and drinks are welcome in the party room and front lobby, but no food or drinks are allowed in the play area. If food, trash, or play materials (such as wooden sand) are spread around or mixed into other play areas, a $50 extra cleaning fee may apply.Tidying & Trash
Please pick up major food pieces/spills and give the party room a quick tidy before leaving; our team will handle deep cleaning between parties. If possible, please take recyclables with you and limit leftover trash to one large bag. Big messes (for example, spilled drinks or food throughout the space) may result in a $50 extra cleaning fee. For parties with 25 children or more, a $50 extra cleaning fee will be applied automatically.Time Limit
Guests must leave the play area and party room by the end of the reserved party time. Hosts have an additional 15 minutes to pack up personal belongings. If guests stay and continue to play in the open play area, an additional charge of $90 per half hour will apply. -
Your party host can help with setting up food in the party room, managing the party timeline, restocking plates and cups as needed, making announcements to gather guests to the party room, and cleaning the party room after guests leave. Please bring in your own food, cake and beverage. NO COOKING, NO OPEN FLAME at our space! Complimentary paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensil are provided. KML classic balloon decor and tablecloths are included. Themed decoration as available as Add-on service.
We have two serving tables for food, each measuring 6 ft by 30 in. There are eight kids’ tables, each 45 in by 24 in. When arranged together, the kids’ tables form a large rectangular setup measuring approximately 38 ft by 4 ft. We can add a cake table, which is measured 25 by 18 inches, upon request.
Alcohol will be permitted if the party group provide the banquet permit, and book the end of the day 3-hour party slot. Extra cleaning fees apply for party serving Alcohol.

All guests must sign a waiver before participating in activities at Kids Magic Lab. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. To streamline your arrival, you can sign the waiver in advance.

Host child(ren) are included in the total headcount (10, 14, or 20, depending on the package). Children ages 9 months to 13 years count toward the kids’ headcount, while guests ages 14 and older are counted as adults.

While we understand things change. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot. Please review the cancellation policy before booking:
$200 deposit to secure the party. Full amount due on party day.
Cancel 30+ days ahead for a refund minus $50 fee.
Cancel under 30 days, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Reschedule up to 15 days before with a $50 fee, if available.
